SEABOW is an international operating company based in Kanton Zug, Switzerland, with focus on Asset Protection. Clients are from MENA, Western & Eastern Europe as well as Turkey.
The company is a Swiss Holding with partners from Switzerland, Austria, Germany and Italy. Besides the financial participation MIT expect a great synergy between the two companies.
NCTE AG
NCTE AG develops, manufactures and distributes non-contact sensing solutions for torque and absolute position measurement. The technology allows the production on an industrial scale, measures very accurately and can be used under adverse conditions (i.e. oil, heat, cold). The products are used in a variety of industries (power plants, mechanical engineering, automotive, motor sports) as well as for consumer products, e.g. e-bikes.
