Spring 2021:
In Spring 2021 MIT was mandated to divest an SME (metal construction). The deal was closed in late summer by selling all assets to two buyers as well as fully transferring the business to one buyer in accordance with 613A BGB. The client's targets were clearly exceeded.

Autum 2020:
MIT will accompany the expansion of a globally active company (recycling and plastics processing) into the GCC countries. The assignment includes, among other things, the elaboration of the strategy, the identification and approach of partners on the financing as well as on the regulatory level. Due to corona-related restrictions, the project will only be pursued with vigour at a later date.

Spring 2020:
MIT enters into a partnership with a company from Saudi Arabia. This cooperation will strengthen all business segments which are "GCC OUT", "GCC IN" and "SPECIAL SITUATIONS". The Saudi partner has been running a family office for many years and has particularly strong investor and public administration networks in GCC and Africa.
